1. Return Policy

Timeframe for Returns:
You can return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition of the Item:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. The original packaging, tags, and labels must also be intact.

Unboxing Video:
For all returns, an unboxing video is compulsory. The video should show the condition of the product at the time of receiving the package. This is essential for us to process your return request.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Process:
Once the return is approved, the product will be picked up by our courier partners. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline:
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days after the return has been processed and approved.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only eligible if the product is returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Products that have been damaged, used, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange Timeframe:
Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Unboxing Video for Exchanges:
Like returns, an unboxing video is compulsory for exchange requests.

Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@lokshop.in within 48 hours.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges:
A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged for the shipping cost of exchanges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Conditions:
The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received, with all original tags and packaging.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Frequent Cancellations:
Frequent cancellations may lead to your account being permanently blocked from our store.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount.

Custom or personalized products (if applicable).
